Metal Stamping
TMS has more than 75 years in metalforming experience and has used our metal stamping technology for industries such as aerospace, automotive, military, ordnance, plastics, lighting, pharmaceuticals, dairy, etc.
Piercing and Embossing
Our state-of-the-art mechanical and triple action hydraulic presses offer a high degree of accuracy and repeatability. We also have the capabilities to emboss many different part configurations.
Hydroforming Services
Hydroforming can enable a manufacturer to produce intricate radii, tighter corners, irregular shaped/assymetrical parts and eliminate the need, in some instances, of having to join together multiple parts through welding that could not otherwise be formed.
CNC Machining
We have an assortment of CNC mills and lathes to fabricate tooling and production parts. Some materials commonly machined are D2, S7, A2, O1, 304 SS, 303 SS, 6061, Cu and mild steels.
Tooling Design and Fabrication
Spin and draw tooling are machined from the type of steel that will give the most useful life and economical cost, depending on your requirements of quantity, type of material formed and tolerances required.
Polishing
Toledo Metal Spinning Company offers a high quality brushed finish on most products we manufacture. Exterior and/or interior surfaces may be polished depending on the part configuration.
High Definition Plasma Cutting and Shearing
Our company features two, 2-axis high-definition plasma cutters capable of cutting .500 thick carbon steel while holding high tolerances. Plate size can be up to 48" x 48".
Deep Drawing
Our triple action hydraulic presses are state-of-the-art and specifically developed manufacturing parts that require more than one operation in a single press cycle.
