CNC Machining
We
have an assortment of CNC machining mills and lathes where we fabricate
tooling and production parts. Tolerances can be held less than a one-half
thousandth of an inch. Some materials that we commonly machine are D2, S7,
A2, O1, 304 SS, 303 SS, 6061, Cu and mild steels.

We consistently turn hardened tool steels that range 56 - 60 Rc. and have the capability to mill those hardened surfaces as well. Programming this equipment to do the turning and milling is made easy by utilizing the conversational programming and MasterCAM software, resulting in our ability to cut 3D surfaces including elliptical cavities.
